Payment Policy
Guardian Angel Child Development Center uses the FACTS Tuition Payment Plan to administer the collection for childcare fees. The FACTS program is based upon automatic payment, as authorized by parents, from their bank accounts to FACTS. The amount for each month will be filled in by the administration and FACTS will contact you to verify the amount.
All new families and those who attend on a drop in basis need to register with the FACTS Family Portal – located at the bottom of this page. Families already signed up with FACT.S need to do nothing. To register, click on the “Family Portal” icon at the bottom of this page.
For our new families, once you have completed the registration process, we will fill in the amount owed as well as the payment amount with FACTS A letter will then be sent to you for your review.
For our drop-in only families, once you have completed the registration process, nothing will be charged to your account until your child attends. (However, for us to complete your account registration, we will need to enter a dollar amount with FACTS) At the beginning of each month, a statement will be emailed to you for the previous month’s charges. If there is no discrepancy, the amount owed will be submitted to FACTS and it will be withdrawn from your account on the 20th of the month. If there is an error in your charges, please notify either Mary Holt or Vanessa Morales no later than the 10th of the month.
The automatic payment process is strictly controlled by state and federal laws to be absolutely confidential and limited to what has been authorized by parents. Accounts that are three months in the rears will be referred to an outside agency for collection. Fees reflect the days the Daycare is open only; we do not charge for days in which we are closed; fees are then divided equally between twelve months for the school year, twelve months for infant through preschool. Deductions in tuition will not be given for holidays, sick or vacations.
Late Payments
All payments for tuition are due by the 20th of the month. If no payment is received in a given month, your account will be assessed a $50.00 Late Payment Fee. If you do not receive your email invoice by the 10th of the month, please call and have it re-emailed.
Change in Schedule and Termination Policy
A 30-day written notice must be submitted to the director, Vanessa Morales, when day care services are no longer needed or a schedule change is requested. If 30-day notice is not given, you will be assessed fees from the time notice was given to 30 days out. You may email this notice to [email protected].
Late pick up policy:
We close at 5:30 p.m. Parents will be charged an additional $5.00 per minute if your child is picked up after 5:30 p.m.

All families are required to set up a FACTS account to pay for the tuition. You can sign up for a new account or re-register online. Payments are deducted on the 5th or the 20th of each month. FACTS is part of the acceptance procedure for all schools at Skaggs Catholic Center.
