Support The Schools of Skaggs Catholic Center
To continue delivering a world-class preparatory education deeply rooted in Catholic values, we face a gap between tuition revenue and the actual costs of our programs. Your tax-deductible donations are crucial in helping us bridge this gap, allowing us to maintain and expand our top-tier academics, athletics, and arts programs in an uplifting, values-based environment. By donating, you become a vital partner in our mission, directly impacting the lives of our students and enhancing our community.
If you are interested in making a difference and supporting our campus schools, please contact Carrie Lentz. Your support ensures that we can continue to offer excellence in every aspect of our educational offerings.
Support the Journey Forward
A campus-wide fundraising initiative at Skaggs Catholic Center to support the operational needs of our schools. Contributions to the Fall Ask help sustain and enhance programs, offer progressive training for teachers, and provide tuition assistance to families in need, benefiting both current students and future alumni.
Monthly/recurring gifts provide dependable support that helps the schools of the Skaggs Catholic Center plan for the future, strengthen academic and faith-based programs, and respond to the needs of students and teachers throughout the year. No matter the amount, each recurring gift adds up to make a lasting difference for our entire campus community.
Enhance your company’s visibility and support the Schools of the Skaggs Catholic Center simultaneously through our Booster Banner campaign. This co-branding opportunity includes marketing your brand on outdoor banners and in our print advertising. For more information on sponsorship opportunities, please contact Carrie Lentz at [email protected].
A New Way to Support Catholic Education
Beginning January 1, 2027, the new federal Education Freedom Tax Credit will give taxpayers an opportunity to support K–12 scholarships while receiving a dollar-for-dollar federal tax credit.
Individuals may contribute up to $1,700 each year to an approved Scholarship Granting Organization. These contributions will help provide scholarships and educational opportunities for eligible students and families. In return, donors may claim a federal income tax credit equal to their qualified contribution, up to $1,700.
This means taxpayers can direct a portion of what they would otherwise pay in federal income taxes toward tuition and fees.. Utah has elected to participate in the program, and additional information about how and where to contribute will be shared as it becomes available.
Honor a special occasion, such as a birthday, or pay tribute to a loved one with a donation. In lieu of traditional gifts or flowers, contributions can be made to celebrate or remember someone special. The school will send a personalized card to the family acknowledging your thoughtful donation.
Invest in the future by establishing an endowment. These funds can be permanently restricted, allowing earnings to accumulate each year, or temporarily restricted, giving the school flexibility to use both earnings and principal. Families have the opportunity to create a named endowment for a specific purpose during their children’s tenure, creating a lasting legacy upon graduation. Donations of goods help cut costs. Contact us for our current wishlist and needs. Students also conduct periodic canned food and clothing drives for charity throughout the school year.
Maximize the impact of your contribution through employer matching programs. Many companies match employee donations, so please ask your employer for the necessary forms. At Juan Diego, we actively seek grants and in-kind donations from corporations and foundations, and foster partnerships between businesses and our academic programs.
